Acrobatics

A fusion of dance and acrobatics designed to enhance choreography with strength based and flexibility-driven tricks. Emphasis is placed on safe progressions, balance, and control. 

Attire: Fitted activewear, barefoot.

Combines the artistry of dance with the strength of grace and aerial movement. 

Attire: Fitted activewear, barefoot.

A classical foundation that emphasizes posture, alignment, fluidity, and grace. Dancers develop strong technique, musicality, and poise essential for all dance styles. 

Attire:

  • Hair in a bun
  • Leotard (color per level; see below)
  • Ballet shoes
  • 6th Grade and under: pink tights 
  • 7th Grade and up: pink or black tights 

A class dedicated for evolving choreoographers in grades 7th-12th. 

Attire: Comfortable athletic wear.

A dynamic, high-energy style rooted in street dance. Dancers build coordination, stamina, and groove while exploring freestyle movement, musicality, and confidence. 

Attire: Loose clothes, clean sneakers.

A stylized and energetic dance form combining classical technique with sharp, expressive movements. Classes focus on strength, flexibility, coordination, and performance quality. 

Attire: Fitted athletic apparel, turning shoes.

A fluid and expressive blend of ballet and jazz that focuses on storytelling, emotion, and technical artistry. Dancers learn to move with intention and control while exploring creativity. 

Attire: Fitted athletic apparel, barefoot or half soles.

Supervised studio time for dancers to work independently on skills, choreography, or personal growth in a supportive environment. 

Attire: Any comfortable dancewear.

A low-impact class designed to strengthen the core, improve alignment, and increase flexibility. Dancers enhance their overall conditioning, balance, and body awareness. 

Attire: Fitted activewear, shorts or leggings, barefoot or Pilates socks.

An advanced ballet class for dancers with strong technique and instructor approval. Dancers train on pointe to develop stability, control, and classical artistry. | 

Attire: Dedicated Leotard color (see below), pink tights, pointe shoes.

Rockettes: A precision-based class inspired by traditional kickline technique. Focuses on uniformity, strength, control, and performance presence through stylized choreography. 

Attire: Fitted top, shorts or leggings, pirouette shoes and Rockettes heels (when assigned).

Rhythm-based movement that turns the dancer into a percussive instrument. Dancers develop timing, coordination, and musicality through intricate footwork and sound. 

Attire: Tap shoes, comfortable attire.

Focused on traditional gymnastic elements such as rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, and aerials. Dancers work on strength, technique, and body awareness across all levels. 

Attire: Fitted top, shorts or leggings, barefoot. 

Required training sessions for competitive dancers to review choreography, practice formations, and build ensemble cohesion. Attendance and preparedness are expected. 

Attire: Assigned rehearsal wear.

A technical class dedicated to mastering pirouettes, jumps, and directional changes. Dancers refine technique, strength, and precision to enhance their movement vocabulary. 

Attire: Fitted athletic apparel, pirouette shoes.
